I have a video with cue pints that pause the timeline and buttons that resume the timeline when you click on them. It works perfectly in other browsers except for Safari. Any idea what I need to do to fix the "Safari" issue?

What version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Is this happening on desktop or mobile Safari?
Is the course hosted on a web server or a learning management system?
If it's easier to share the affected .story file, we're happy to test it with your permission. You can send it privately to us by using this link. We'll delete it after troubleshooting!
It's the latest version, the desktop is the issue. Just tried my iPad now (since you asked and it works perfectly!) and yes the course is hosted on an LMS, but even just online (website), it is a problem. I will send you the file. I appreciate your help!

Hi Katie It's version 13.0.2. I sent a file 2 days ago as soon as you asked for it, I used the link you posted. Do I need to resend it a different way?
It looks like Renato was able to take a look and replied to you on 10/8.
