I apologize up front if this answer exists. I'm sure it does, but cannot seem to find it.
I have a course built in Storyline 2, consisting of mp4 videos with some pop ups above the the videos on the screen as well as layered on top of the video.
When I view it on my iPhone (from my LMS, LearnUpon), I only see the video but not the popup texts or objects. (Secondarily, I also notice the video seems to detach from the course and display on its own without the course appearing around it. Maybe that's an option I inadvertently selected.)
I wonder why this is happening. I'm using Safari in my iPhone.

When you include videos in Storyline 2, Storyline 1, and Studio '13 courses they'll always fill iPhone screens, and open in a new window/tab. It's a "feature" of Mobile Safari that they'll automatically scale videos to fit the screens of smaller devices, such as iPhones.
With the changes we've made to Storyline 3 and Articulate 360, we're able to work around that feature in Safari iOS 10 or later, but that same change can't be applied back to Storyline 2 based on the differences in HTML5 output, versions, etc.
