I imported a small 10 seconds video in storyline. then published in HTML5 and mobile devices (Web) format. And I tried to run this on iPad. But, video does not play on iPad. It shows only first frame image of video and it does not play. Please help me to sort out this issue. Thanks in advance!
Welcome to Heroes. Try uploading to here: http://tempshare.articulate.com/. Test it out there from your iPad and let me know. It might be that the place you uploaded your published file to doesn't support the MP4 MIME type.
