We've been having an issue where Storyline is cutting off the last bit of our videos on the iPad. There seems to be no consistent reasoning on what videos it's choosing. It will just cut off the last 2-4 seconds and go to the next slide. A search through the forums shows this issue in Articulate as well. We've tried all of the listed fixes with no luck. The issue happens on iPad and Safari for the Mac. We've tried extending the timeline a few seconds and also replacing the videos. Nothing seems to fixing this issue.
I'm not sure what steps you've already taken to resolve this problem, but have you already checked the slide advancement settings? What's the method you're currently using for slide advancement (By User or Automatically)?
Also, would you be willing to post your .story file here, so I can take a look?

If you don't want your file posted publicly, you can submit a support case and include your .story file in the case. Our tech team will look at the file if you attach it in a case. If you do open a case, please share the case number with me here. I'll monitor the progress of the case.
One other thing we've notice, everything plays fine when using the Preview feature within Storyline. I think we've discovered that the Preview is using the Flash version of the file and the published versions that are cutting off are the HTML5 versions. So maybe this is an issue specific to HTML5?

It is set to Advance Automatically using a slide trigger. I don't mind uploading the .story file. We are desperate to get this fixed. Thanks
