We have courses with video playing automatically and jumping to the next slide when video is completed, nothing complicated.
The issue on Articulate Mobile Player is the following: when the video is finished, it shows the "first image of the video" with a play button for less than 1 second before going to next slide. We tested on Galaxy Tab 2 and Ipad Air 2.
Moreover, there is a sort of slide transition on Android.
I tested this as well on my iPad mini with iOS8 and the latest version of the mobile player, and saw the blip of the play button as you mentioned. In regards to the Android, I'm not sure I saw the slide transition - but can you share a copy of the .story file here with us?
Thanks Quentin for sharing the file. I am able to continue replicating the play button issue on a new file with other videos, so I can share this with our QA team for additional review. Since it seems you've already identified a workaround, you may want to look at implementing a "in between" slide that is either blank, or shows an image with a "jump to slide next slide when the timeline starts" so that the user is quickly brought to another slide and doesn't see that play button if it's confusing or interfering with the users experience.
I'm still testing the Android issue (my Galaxy needs to charge and won't turn on...) so I'll be back in touch regarding that.
The workaround does not work perfectly, we will need to add the last image of the first video in the "in between" slide where there is a trigger . Otherwise, we will have the same issue.
Yes, I do see the "transition" on my Galaxy tablet with Android 4.2, so I've shared that with our QA team as well. Again as you mentioned it only seems to occur from a video slide to a video slide, so although the workaround isn't perfect I'd recommend using that for the time being.

Additional tests with other tablets would help.

Hi Ashley,
Attached is the .story file. Videos have been replaced for further tests. The published course is here: www.dif-elearning.com/adrien/sl2communityb/story.html
We noticed the issue happens when there is a video to come:
- Vid1 is followed by Vid2 -> play button appears
- Vid2 is followed by an Image -> no issue ?

Please let me know your test on your Galaxy.
Cheers!
