Videos don't work in IE

I put a screen capture video I had made in Replay into a Storyline course. When I preview the video works fine, but when I publish to review or to my LMS the videos don't run. I suspect it has to do with my IE browser settings, but it may be something else. If it is the browser settings, what do I need to change them to to get the video to work?

Hi Brian,

Sorry to hear your videos aren't working after publishing your course! Have you tried testing it in a different browser to see if you get different results?

If the videos aren't playing in Review 360 as well, feel free to connect with our support engineers to get a closer look at your file and see what may be causing the issue!
