I have an MOV file that I am inserting into Storyline. The thumbnail is sideways (so the person is horizontal, not verticial), but when I click to play it in Quicktime, the video rights itself, and the person is correctly aligned. However, when I insert the video into Storyline, the thumbnail and the video are both sideways. Is there a way I can fix it within the program? Or does someone have a clever work around? Thanks!
Do you have a picture that you could use as the poster frame image for the video?
If so, then just right click the inserted video on your slide and select, Set Poster Frame. Locate, select, and open the image file that you want to appear as the initial image for your video.
