videos load too long

greetings,
I have a problem with the loading-time of my course, based on 21 videos, between 10 and 30 minutes lenght (exported from final cut x, H.264 codec, exported as .mov and up to 1 GB each video) and the whole course is about 3.5 GB on my server.
the problem:
when I open the player (online, on my server) everything works fine, but when I click through the course, the little waiting-wheel starts spinning and spinning (as if it would preload the videos in the background) and nothing happens anymore, you can´t open another page or do anything else, because the wheel turns and turns ...
what can I do? any idea, any help?

Hi Lutz. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
First, I must say, those are some large videos. I was going to see if you're able to post the project here, but I honestly do not think that you'll be able to, due to the size of the videos and the project. I don't think you'll even be able to post a single video so I can try it in a course.
Are you able to share a link to the published course that's hosted on your web server?
Thanks!
hi christine,
thx for the quick reply, you find the course here:

Hi Lutz,
Thanks very much for the link. I took a look and I did notice a slight delay for some of the videos, but nothing longer than a minute. I did notice that if you advance to a slide that contains what I believe is the link to the videos (I'm sorry, I don't understand German), there's a delay for that slide. It does look like it's trying to load the video even though you need to click the button to view the video and it's not displayed on that specific slide.
If you'd like we can take a closer look at the files and see what's going on. If you can, try to create a Presenter Package and attach it on the second page of the form. However, keep in mind that the file size may be too large. If that's the case, we'll be able to send you a direct link where you can upload the files to our system.
hello christine,
I´ve sent you an official request with the serial number, sold to Friedrich Alexander Ittner by partekk. I do the programming for him. as the course is about 3 GB - would it help you, when I upload it to my dropbox acount, so you have the original file?
back to the problem: we sometimes have loading times (the turning wheel stopping everything) for 3-4 minutes, like loading the whole video in the background, despite the fact that the user only opens the page with the description, not the page with the videos!

Hi Lutz,
I found your support case (#00314180 for my reference), but the case didn't contain information and there was no link to this thread. Support may have sent you a response asking for more details, due to this. I did update the case with a link to this thread, so they'll be able to see what steps you've already taken to troubleshoot this issue. Please also make sure that the response hasn't gone to any spam folders or filters with your email address.
You'll be able to upload the original files through the case, but we'll want to share the link only through communications with the case itself - so it's best to respond to the case email, if you can.
Thanks again Lutz!
