J'ai un projet storyline 2 dans lequel des videos mp4 sont intégrées. Le projet est exporté au format scorm2004 sur une plateforme LMS. Depuis une tablette Android sous navigateur Chrome (version 61), les videos s'affichent en noir. (Sur Ipad cela fonctionne très bien).
Auriez-vous une idée pour solutionner ce problème d'affichage ?
I know we've seen the black placeholder when viewing in the Articulate Mobile Player via Android as you can see here. Also, within the project file as you can see here.
The solution to remove the black placeholder is to right-click the placeholder and select Set Poster Frame, then browse to an image file to use as your placeholder image.
