VIDEOS NOT PLAYING

Let's get this sorted out. First, what version of Storyline are you using?

Also, how did you publish the file – for we, for LMS, or something else? Did you host the output online before you tested it?

I'm having the same problem as well. I inserted a video on the opening slide. 

I'm using Storyline 360. I published it to an LMS.  The video played when I previewed the course in Articulate and I also when I published it to the Web.

However, in the LMS the video is not playing. The audio for the rest of the course is playing.

With your permission, I'd like to test your .story file in another LMS environment to get a clear picture of what's happening. If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me.

I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.

Thanks for your reply. I just realized, I published it using the option of
HTML/flash fallback when I should have done flash with HTML fallback.

I'm going to test that out and see if that works first.
