Videos not playing in LMS

I've created several courses with videos placed on layers that play perfectly. However, in the last three courses I've uploaded the videos do not play. When published in CD format, they play flawlessly. I went back and looked at the successful courses and the new ones were created the same way, MP4, stat automaticlly etc... Any ideas why this is happening? Unfortunately, they contain some proprietary process so I can't upload them for review, but here's a screen shot with the video info.

Hello Jeff!
You can test the course in the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing content, to see if you get the same behavior.
Also, you may want to check out the article here for troubleshooting within your LMS

I would check your server has the MIME type for MP4 enabled
