Videos not playing in LMS when publishing

Hi,

Recently when i have been publishing SCORM files to our LMS the videos are not playing.

I have contacted the LMS support and ran a few tests and they have suggested to contact you.

I have tried clearing cache and using different browsers but to no avail. 

The videos are screen recordings using the in-built screen recording button.

However, Storyline does not enable you to rename screen recordings to remove special characters, and I have tried the other options.

Has anyone else been having similar issues? And does anyone know a fix?
