Videos not playing in LMS when publishing

Hi,
Recently when i have been publishing SCORM files to our LMS the videos are not playing.
I have contacted the LMS support and ran a few tests and they have suggested to contact you.
I have tried clearing cache and using different browsers but to no avail.
The videos are screen recordings using the in-built screen recording button.
I did come across this link: https://articulate.com/support/article/videos-do-not-play-in-published-content
However, Storyline does not enable you to rename screen recordings to remove special characters, and I have tried the other options.
Has anyone else been having similar issues? And does anyone know a fix?

Hi David,
we had a similar issue in SL2 and could fix it with a trigger to play the media (video) when the timeline starts. Our video is on a layer (so not on the baselayer). Also you could test your file in scorm could.

Are your videos embedded in to the course or is your course pulling them in from somewhere else?
Which LMS are you using?
