Videos not playing on ipad, but works on PC

We are having a terrible time with Storyline using videos on the slides and publishing to the web on our LMS site. We have tried every vifeo format option possible that Storyline offers and they will only play on a PC. All of our Medical Device reps use iPads and our world is built around surgical videos. I get the picture of the start of the video to show up on each slide, but doesn't play, even with a trigger to start the media, audio plays fine as well as any bulleted text I put on the slide. We are getting very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. Seems like Stroyline is promising that same HTML5 perfection as all of the other software available. Our company bought 30 licenses just for the ipad connection????
