I have a problem that was solved long ago - but for me, it's just solved with AS1. When I am producing content with AS2, it still consists.
Videos are not starting on iphone when they are set to start automatically. I cannot even start the video by pushing the start triangle. Same problem consits, if I set the video to start by trigger (timeline starts). I helped myself with a javascript. But that is not want it supposed to be...
For older projects, I developed with AS1 everything was running well.
Articulate support says it is solved: articulate.com/support/storyline/video-on-the-first-slide-doesnt-automatically-play-in-html5-output
I just wanted to verify which IOS version you are running on your iPhone, and want to make sure you are using the latest update of Storyline 2, found here.
- Video is set to start automatically. - I am using IOS 7.1.1 - And the output was created with AS2 latest version (I think it was update 6? But there are no updates available)

Hi Boris,
I was able to see that this has been submitted to the QA team for review with Storyline 2. I will share here when there are updates to this issue.
With IOS 8 the videos start playing without any problems.
Yes, it seems to only be affecting the iOS 7 version.
