We have some videos in our learning and they stop at certain cuepoints.
The strange thing is that they stop on wrong places, especially on Android.
Ipad seems to go well, as well as PC.
1 other thing is that when the video is stopped and you press next, it shows the first frame of the video (loading i guess) and then plays further. This behaviour is only in the Articulate player. We used the latest Android and the fastest Samsung at the moment.
Just to confirm, you're using Storyline 2 and your Android devices meet the minimum requirements here and you're viewing the output in the mobile player? Have you tested how it appeared in the HTML5 output?
Do you have a sample course for us to take a look at in regards to how you've set up the videos and cue points? Even just a few slides should suffice.
