To start, which browser(s) are you viewing the published output in? Changes made in Chrome and Safari affected how video autoplay is handled in Storyline.

Try to add a trigger to Play Media when reaches 0.25s. Sometimes, the object is not yet available when an event is triggered especially when playing online. It is because of loading issue.
