I have mp4 video files within SL2 and the course works on desktop but the videos do not play on iPhone or iPads. I've tried converting to FLV files and that didn't work. This course has to go live for SoCal poll worker training on Friday, May 6th. Help. I'm stumped! Thank you!

Hi, all -- Just wanted to share an update here on Angela's case for anyone who is following along...
According to the notes in her case, it looks like Angela had indicated that she believed the issues could have been rooted in how her system communicates with the content when it preloads to mobile devices. She also let Victor know that a link he had provided worked properly for her when tested on her iPhone 6.
And finally, Victor concluded "I'd recommend contacting your system administrator for they be able to implement some changes to make the video work on mobile devices. Should you need help in the future, just open a support case with us and we'll be right with you the soonest possible time."
