view mode and video editing

Hi,

I'm trying to create a view mode steps of an application. I need to select some uncontinuous parts of my video capture. But, when I go to "Action Fine Tuning" and I select the frame that I need for my slide, it does not appear on my background or on my scenes view, just when I preview... it's a little frustrating to align my highlights and captions. Maybe it's just a little thing that I've messed up.

Is there a fast method to select differents single frames to make my montage?
