I have created a few Storyline projects containing Viewmode recordings, and they are then sent to my trainer to record voiceovers. However when I received the file back the highlight boxes and mouse clicks were all off and not where they we're supposed to be. Could this be because the resolution of his screen was different? I am at a loss, any feedback would help.
Do you know if the file was modified through a network or shared server? When you share files with others, we recommend to copy the files onto your local computer before making any modifications. Also, if the resolution could make a difference. The recommended DPI setting is 96
Yes they are going on a network share, I have never had a problem before but then again I never used View modes in the past. It just seems to move all of the clicks when another user opens the files.

If you are going to be sharing files through a network server, we recommend following the steps here to reduce any erratic behavior.
