Is there another way to view the content library other then through articulate360? and do the photos have unique ID to search for them?

Hello Andrew and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Sounds like you're enjoying using Content Library!

You can access Content Library from within our Articulate 360 products, and you can take a look when you are logged into your Articulate 360 account here.

Consistent search results is a need that we've heard from our users, and a unique ID seems in line with that request. I'll add this conversation to the request so that we can update you here when we can.

I'm also having trouble viewing the content library online.  I am unable to get images from within Storyline, as they just won't appear, or if they do, it takes 10 minutes for only a few to pop in.  When I attempted to go online from within my account, there is no usable link on the Content Library page.  All of the links are greyed out.  I've added the whitelisted  urls to my web browser, I am not on a LAN/WAN (I work from home and use comcast).  What am I missing?

Hi there, Jill.  I opened up a case with our support engineers to look into why it's taking so long for those Content Library searches to populate in Storyline.  Typically, you should have a page of results within seconds.

You did a good job troubleshooting and making sure you have access to the Articulate endpoints.  Now let us give you a hand!  One of our engineers will email you with some next steps as soon as possible.

Hi Ari,

I know you were looking for a "favorites" option in Content Library - so I wanted to share news of today's update with you! You can now manage all the assets for your project in one place with the media library. Easily add, remove, replace, reuse, and export images, characters, audio clips, and videos. See every slide and layer where an asset is used and jump to each location instantly. You can even edit assets with third-party apps and save your changes directly to Storyline.

This would allow you to add in particular assets that you'd like to keep as favorites and using that Storyline file as a "starter" to instantly have access to those assets when you start designing a new course. Look at creating a copy by doing a "Save as" once you are ready to design a new course.
