Viewing content offline in Articulate Mobile Player

Jul 10, 2019

I am trying to make content created and published in Storyline 360 available to students on their iPads when they leave class and have no internet access. I feel that I have clicked all the boxes and followed the instructions but am still running into roadblocks. Anyone have suggestions or best practices to throw my way.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Cindy,

Can you share more details about the roadblocks you're running into?

Once you've selected this box upon publish:

You should be able to access the course within the Articulate Mobile Player, and Move the Available Offline switch to Yes.

Once it's fully downloaded, your learners will be able to play it back.

Offline viewing isn't available for content published with Tin Can API, or to Articulate Online. I'd try hosting it on your web server to access the offline option in the mobile player.

If you've already gone through these steps and are still hitting some snags, let us know and we're happy to help!
