My published Articulate training needs to work with Internet Explorer but so far I am only able to view in Chrome. Has anyone else had this issue or is anyone else able to view their published training in Internet Explorer? If you have had this same problem how did you resolve?
Internet Explorer (IE) is a popular topic in these forums. I imagine you'll find a few topical posts via the Search feature up top in the right corner of your browser window.
We have purchased a suite of e-learning packages (SCORMs). They were created using Articulate Storyline 2.12. They have been imported into Moodle 3.1. All of the assessments don't track properly in IE 11, when the user gets to the end of the assessment, in Chrome the scores are saved but IE they are not. Has anyone come across this before?
Hi there! I'd recommend checking these two things to narrow down the issue:
Be sure Flash is enabled in IE11. Storyline 2 HTML5 content is not supported in IE11, so you'll want to enable Flash and view the Flash output.
Test the output in another LMS environment. Testing in SCORM Cloud, which is industry standard for LMS testing, will reveal whether the problem is LMS-related or file-related.
Can you please share the response to Johanna's question? We are having issue using 360 published HTML5/Flash using Internet Explorer. It works fine in Firefox and Chrome but not Internet Explorer.

If you'd like some help with that testing, you can attach one of the files to a new thread comment or send it to me privately here.
Thanks, I've also been advised to put the url of the VLE into the compatibility view settings.
Good idea! Good luck, and let me know if you run into the problem again.

Hi Tracy! So sorry you're having issues. There are a few things I'd like to check before we do any further troubleshooting:
