I finally was able to view our courses on iPad using TinCan through Litmos LMS and viewing without the Articulate Mobile Player App, but rather directly on Safari.
It works! Hurray!
The only problems I have now are with sliders that don't work well (I can drag to the first stop, but no further) and the misalignment of any text in a caption with a reference (learner name). All other text in captions are fine.(Screenshots attached).
I have attached the screenshots of the iPad vs the same page on the laptop- both accessed through the LMS.
Thanks for reaching out here. I don't know of any documented issues with sliders and HTML5, but we'd want to take a look at how you set this up in your .story file to confirm. You are welcome to post here or send along to our team here.
As for the caption text, that is something we've reported to our team for HTML5 output and the current workaround is to insert the variable reference into a separate text box, not the built in text box associated with the caption shape. I'll include this thread in the report filed with our team, but I don't have a timeframe to offer in regards to a fix or when I may hear back from them, so please continue to utilize that workaround.
Thanks Ashley. So do you mean you create a text box with the variable reference in it and place it on top of the caption so it looks like it is in the caption box?
Yes that or utilize a shape vs. the built in caption set up. The shapes also allow for text to be included directly in the shape or by adding a text box over it.

Thank you, Ashley!
