Virtual keyboard on the iPad

Hello !
I just received a course build with Storyline 360 from a supplier. This course includes questions where the learner should type text.
On my supplier side, it works: once he clicks on the text box, the "virtual keyboard" appears.
On my side, the virtual keyboard don't show. I made some tests with other courses build with Storyline 360... where the virtual keyboard of the iPad don't appear anymore when we are trying to enter text. I know that these trainings used to work well.
Or trainings are all hosted on Absorb LMS.
My question: do you know if there was recent changes with the OS on the iPad (I just made an upgrade to iOS 12.1.1) ?

Your English was spot on - no apologies necessary!
I do see that our team spotted an issue when iOS 12.1 was released where the text entry would lose focus and immediately the keyboard would disappear. That was resolved in Update 22 of Storyline 360 and we're now on build 3.23.17480.0. Do you know what update your courses were published with?
I'd look at installing the latest update and republishing to your LMS. If you're still seeing the keyboard disappear after testing that, please let me know! With your permission, we'll want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it with our Support Team directly and they’ll delete it when done troubleshooting.

Thank you very much for your answer... I asked my great supplier to proceed with republishing and it works perfectly. This learning object is used in a lot of courses and was built before the release of iOS 12.1.
