Hi all, I've been asked by a client if I can design a course in Storyline that will work with the voice activation software (Dragon). Does anyone have experience of doing this?
Can you share a little bit about what you mean by "work with the voice activation software"? Are they looking to integrate it into the course somehow? Or create a course by using Dragon? Or create a course to show how to use Dragon?
Hi Mike. The client's exact words are: "We use Dragon Assistive technology. Any content should be compatible with this." I'm presuming from this wording that they would like any text entry or course navigation to be compatible with the voice activation software, to replace mouse and/or keyboard.
It's not something that we officially support, but I've asked around and the consensus seems to be that if the Dragon tech replaces the mouse and keyboard, it should work. Best bet would be to download the free Storyline trial and give it a go.
