I am just doing a prototype and recorded audio in 4-5 slides and studdenly realised that the file size of Articulate has suddenly gone up from 3MB to 35 MB. Is there something wrong I am doing? or do need to do something to change the settings?
It still didnt work. I tried publishing and re-saving.
The voice-over in my slides is not more than 2-3 minutes.
I also realise that my slides are all alsmot 3500 seconds on the timeline. Except for manually dragging the timeline to the time i want, is there any other way to reduce it. I changed the master slide, but it doesnt imply that on the rest of the slides.
If i create a new slide, then its fine, the timeline is 5 seconds. But I dont want to do all slides new to my existing project.
If none of the tips in this article help, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what's going on. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.

How long are your voice overs for each slide?
Hi Jalpa
One thing you may want to try is publishing and re-saving your course. Storyline works some serious compression magic post-publish.
Let us know if that helps.
