Voice Over tips for Articulate Storyline

I am also looking for the same feature in SL3. All my search takes me to Articulate 360 but not SL3. However in the latest release notes of SL3, it was mentioned that new French female voice was added. But not sure how to access this feature.

Text-To-Speech is a feature of Storyline 360, and has not yet been added to Storyline 3. You can open a file created in Storyline 360 with the latest SL3 update though as you'll see noted in our compatibility notes here.

Looks like that release note slipped in there by mistake, as the same fixes would have been included (but not the enhancements). I'm checking with our team on that!
