In unable to mute the audio on my slides. I created a variable of true false wherein true is equal to play media, later I inserted a volume icon on the slide and added triger to it that adjust variable to false if user clicks on the icon. However, it is not working.
I added a reference text box with that variable. when I am clicking the volume button the text is changing as per the variable but volume is not stopping

Would you be willing to share a sample slide with me so I can look closer at your triggers?
Also, is there a reason why you'd rather use a custom slide button rather than the Player Volume button?
