I'm having trouble customizing the volume control slider colour. I need it to be a solid colour. In the preview it shows up a solid color but when i go and publish the course it has changed into a two toned slider. Does anyone have a solution for this?
We are currently using only HTML5 output and I am using Storyline 3. I put it on a web server but even if I view the course in storyline it still has the two toned slider. It's fine in the player preview though.
I'm also seeing a two-toned volume control slider color when I test your file. Let's get this over to our Support Engineers to see if there's a way we can adjust that setting.

I wonder if you're seeing a difference in Flash output vs. HTML5 output. First, what version of Storyline are you using?
Also, where did you host the output file for testing--on a web server or LMS?
