Vyond animation not completing when published in Storyline 3

Hi,

I have inserted a short Vyond MP4 into a Storyline file. When I preview, the animation completes, but once published it stalls. It's a moving hand writing a module title and it doesn't finish.

I asked Vyond's live chat for help but the only suggestion they had was to lengthen the timeline on the Storyline slide. I didn't think it was this as it was working in preview, but I did extend the timeline just to be sure and the problem still persists.

I've added the Storyline file. I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me get to the bottom of the problem. Its the front page slide that is causing the problems.

I have tried hosting on our own LMS and on Tempshare and the problem is the same with both.
