Hi there, Rachna! It looks like you have an Engage interaction imported into your Storyline 360 course. Engage interactions will show a placeholder during preview, but you'll want to publish your course to be sure that they function properly.
One thing I'm noticing, however, is your image appears to show the interaction exceeding the size of your slide. I was unable to replicate that behavior, even though I set the size of my Engage interaction larger than my course size. How do you have your interaction set to open in Storyline? Do the interaction size and slide sizes differ?
Let's leave the interaction case as of now. In case I just have image inserted in Storyline then how can I make it respond to different screen resolutions?

You cannot, the content is not responsive, the player/frame is responsive and will change to maximise the viewing of the content.
