I want the selected box to record the action chosen but I just can't seem to get it to work. I think I am having a brain fart from looking at it for too long, I have a feeling I have over complicated it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
After looking at your project, my understanding is that you want the learner to choose how confident they feel, and you would like to see that choice on the report. Is that correct?
If so, you don't need to use the method in the article you mentioned. Instead, create a Freeform Pick one question without feedback or score, and add a Results slide:
Each choice will be connected to one of your shapes:

Thank you! For some known reason when I was pulling it into my LMS it didn't mark this way, I did think this originally - I Will have another look at it, Thank you! :)
So I have recreated and set up in our LMS which we are hoping to use. We have just moved to Microsoft and using Teams and GO1 for our content any SCORM can go into Go1 however when I look at the results it is still pulling through as a pass score and not giving me any other information. Do you think this is a limitation to the platform or may I have missed something in the story file? 🤔
I'm not familiar with GO1, so it could be a limitation of the LMS, but let's try to rule that out: can you test with the attached file (the same one I tested with SCORM Cloud) and let me know if it works?

Looks like the limitations of Go1, I will keep looking into it though so thank you for all your help. :)
