Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help?

I am trying to open up storyline to modify/update course content and i am getting the attached pop up message. I ma still able to continue with mu updates but can see that nothing is appearing in my recent projects folder when I open storyline to continue updating other courses. Nothing has changed in my laptop default browser so I am wondering what to do next?

Hello Dean!

Our legacy apps rely on Flash to run certain features, so when Adobe disabled the Flash Player on December 31, 2020, we had to stop supporting these apps at that time.

Are you using any of our legacy apps such as Storyline 1, Storyline 2, Studio ’09, or Studio ’13? If so, you'll need to upgrade to Articulate 360 or Storyline 3 to continue creating courses.

We do offer a free 60-day trial for Articulate 360 - no credit card required. During the trial, I'd recommend upgrading your courses, so they don't rely on Flash.

Please let us know if you have additional questions!

Hi Dean,

Thank you for the updated information and I'm glad that Phil was able to pop in and help here.

For anyone following along, please be sure that you're on the latest version of Storyline 3, which is Build 3.12.24693.0:

Enhanced: Since Adobe discontinued Flash at the end of 2020, we removed Flash features, including the options to import Flash movies and publish Flash output, from Storyline 3.
