Hi, I have a user who is encountering the following error message when playing a video within a Storyline course - 'warp stabilizer requires clip dimensions to match sequence (fix by nesting)'.
Does anyone know how to fix this so the error message doesn't appear?
At first I thought this was some type of Star Trek example you were sharing - but as Ron mentioned, I also don't believe that error message to be a Storyline error and it's one I've never seen before. If its just one user you may also want to confirm that they are viewing the course within one of the supported environments detailed here.
