Great question and topic. Here's how to add a logo or watermark to a video in Storyline. Some other ideas could be to add the copyright information at the course's beginning or throughout each slide as a part of your logo or slide master.

Thank you for your answer. In fact, our videos are too heavy to be embeded in Storyline. They will be hosted on a dedicated server.

I was looking for something more efficient than a logo or a copyright on the slide master. What do you think if we add a transparent mask on each slide with some copyright ? Or, do you have other suggestions?

I haven't seen a ton of watermark examples, but your idea sounds like it'd work well! 

I'd also suggest reaching out in the Building Better Courses side of ELH and see if there is anyone who can help! That side tends to focus more on design and how to, and I bet there are a few experts who've run into a similar issue with copyright.
