My organization will soon require all elearning to be WCAG. I create many online simulations with text boxes / shapes that have the words on the screen and with a voice over. I saw a recent elearning course that had a tab to the right that the learner could read instead... see attached screen shot. I am sure this is easy to do but under Player, I am not finding this. Can anyone help please?

that looks like the Notes tab in the player that has been renamed
Oh I see… the text is just typed in by the developer so the learner can read?
Sorry - I thought you were just asking about how to change the name, not how they displayed.
Yes, the Notes tab at the bottom of each slide where you can add text then if the Notes tab is selected in slide properties that tab will display
There is also Closed Caption option that may work for you - see this KB article
