I'd prefer to use web delivery of my content, but is there a way to flush out all the cashed files in the browser if the a user doesn't delete his/her browser history? This may be a web programming question, but hopefully someone here has the same concern about e-learning content cashed in people's browsers for easy retrieval indefinitely.

I don't know of any web to flush the web browser content, but hopefully someone in the community is able to assist you here.
