If you're hosting the published Storyline project in a secure location like a learning management system, the web object link will also need to be secure. Try using HTTPS instead of HTTP, and let me know of that does the trick.
The iframe code works as expected if the published files are hosted on a web server. I created a quick html file with just the iframe code on storyline.getforge.io
