Why is this happening even on so called "Web-safe" fonts or fonts that are definitely installed of every Windows machine?
The browser in question is Internet Explorer. And for some reason the "download web fonts" is not enabled. However I see no reason a user would ever need to use a downloaded version of Arial since they already have it. Is there something wrong with the Articulate player's CSS?
Thank you for sharing those extra details! I want our Support Engineers to step in to understand this error. Would you mind sharing your file privately with our team? We'll let you know when we receive the file and begin troubleshooting.
Thank you for taking the time to share this with us!
