Web Hosting

I am reviewing a video from Articulate about using AmazonS3  for webhosting and would like to know if that is what you are still recommending? I see the video was built in 2016 so maybe there is a more current recommendation. I don't have a LMS and I have Storyline Course that need a place to live and a link I can send out to my students. I am not tracking scores at this time. I know a LMS is the way to go but cost is an issue.
