I've seen this intermittently with my team in Storyline: You create and insert a web object but when it plays the web object is larger than the screen area of the player. And when you mouse over the web object is resizes yet again. See the following screen shots. The first shows the slide with the web object loaded. The second shows the appearance when the mouse is moved over the player screen area.
Hi Emily,
I don't think they are set especially high; they show as "Medium-high" in the Options settings but there are a number of setting I don't have access to and the environment is pretty securely locked down.

Hi Brett,
I have not seen this occur before, Was this published and viewed into a web server or LMS?
Hi Emily,
Yes, this is a published file on a web server.
Hi Brett!
i just ran a test file and did not see the issue. Can you test this? What browser are you using?
Same problem. This in Windows 7 with IE9. Attached is the screen shot from your file.
Hello Brett,
I was not able to see the same issue using IE 11, or in compatibility view. You may want to reach out to the support team for more assistance.
Thanks Emily. It's an odd thing as sometimes it works fine and others I get this strange behavior.
It is odd. I am not able to see it either from my end. Do you have any strong security settings set up in your Internet Explorer?

Ah ok, that might have something to do with it, not entirely sure.
Might be best to reach out to support and possibly your IT team.
