I've added a few web objects to a course. Basically they're interactive videos made in Camtasia. Published for web and hosted on a webserver. I link to each object via a web object.
When I Publish the course for LMS in Scorm 1.2, and view it locally, the interactive video's work fine. They play correctly in the browser (I use Chrome).
But when I upload that same Scorm package to our LMS, aNewSpring, the web objects don't load any more. They can't be played and the screen comes on up empty. What's that?
Sometimes it's the problem with the HTTP vs. HTTPS connection. I believe the server where your course is and the link you are trying to embed, need be on the same page - so both need to HTTP or HTTPS.

I hope this helps.
YES it worked, thanks! I Simply added an 's' to the url of the web object in Storyline, and now it plays. Great.
Great!
