Web Object opens only once on a slide on iPad

How are you trying to "trigger it again to open",  through the use of a button? Are you able to share your .story file here or would your prefer to share it privately so our team could test it out?

I am triggering it with a Hotspot. and then closing the webobject with a button.

I am sharing the story file as well a short clip demonstrating what happens on the iPad - privately.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my projects on the iPad and it's a pretty serious issue for me :(

This is still with our QA team, and I don't have an update on a timeline for a fix yet. 

I am getting the same issue in web objects in Presenter 13.

Hi Phil,

This was fixed in Update 5 of Storyline, and it was specific to loading a web object in a layer - so that would not be the same set up as you'd experience in Presenter 13. Could you share a bit more about what is occurring and how you've tested it?
