Web Object - picture not displaying

Hi there, Nancy.  Can you help me understand what you mean when you say the "image on selected won't appear when published?"

Can you not see the web object in the published output?  Can you interact with it?

If you can include a screenshot here, that would be great!  I'm also happy to test the web object if the URL is something you can share in this discussion.

You see the web object  (see first attachment) and the picture I selected when creating the slides.

But when I publish.. the web object works but the picture does not appear. (see second attachment)

Thanks for those screenshots! I have a few more questions to help me narrow this down:

• What version of Storyline are you using?
• Did you publish for Web, LMS, or something else?
• Where is the published output hosted?

Are you viewing the published content in the intended environment or locally?

The best way to test a published file is to upload it to the place where your learners will access it. 

Since you mentioned that you published the file for LMS, did you upload it to a learning management system?

If not, you'll want to do that. If you don't have access to one, SCORM Cloud is a great option because it's industry standard, and it's free!

After so many attempts, I somehow got it work now :)
