Hello, I am having some issues to get the web object picture to appear correctly. The web object works perfectly, the image on selected won't appear when its published. Am I doing something incorrectly?
Hi there, Nancy. Can you help me understand what you mean when you say the "image on selected won't appear when published?"
Can you not see the web object in the published output? Can you interact with it?
If you can include a screenshot here, that would be great! I'm also happy to test the web object if the URL is something you can share in this discussion.
The conversation we had with Nancy was a while back and I'm not sure if she's still subscribed here.
We'd be happy to help you. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

You see the web object (see first attachment) and the picture I selected when creating the slides.
But when I publish.. the web object works but the picture does not appear. (see second attachment)
Hi Nancy,
Thanks for those screenshots! I have a few more questions to help me narrow this down:
Thanks for sharing those images Nancy.
Are you viewing the published content in the intended environment or locally?
If you need us to take a look at this slide, feel free to share it in a .story file and we can take a look.
Hello, We just purchased Storyline 360.
I published for LMS.
I am not understanding the question :)
Thanks, Nancy!
The best way to test a published file is to upload it to the place where your learners will access it.
Since you mentioned that you published the file for LMS, did you upload it to a learning management system?
If not, you'll want to do that. If you don't have access to one, SCORM Cloud is a great option because it's industry standard, and it's free!
If you'd like some help with that testing, you can click here and attach the file to a new thread comment. Look for the Add Attachment button.
After so many attempts, I somehow got it work now :)
Glad to hear it, Nancy. Sometimes it just takes a little break and coming back to it. ;-)
Hi Nancy,
I am also facing the same issue in Articulate Presenter. Could you please let me how you have solved the issue?
