Is there anything unique or important to know when trying to work with published courses to the LMS that contain web objects? I have several web objects that will open a new browser screen when clicked.
I first tested the "parent" course and all of the web objects by publishing to the Web and it all worked just fine.
I now have republished all to the LMS, but the web objects will no longer launch.
Actually, we were able to launch the web objects in a new Window, but the problem is with our Cornerstone LMS - the way it displays not only the New Browser Screen, but the transcript pages that pop up in back - so we literally will have four screens going and it is messy.
I am told that it is a Cornerstone issue and not Storyline. We won't be able to set up our course this way, as a result.
I am wondering if other Cornerstone Users have had similar issues?
Thanks for popping back in to clarify. Hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you. I do know that you can find many Cornerstone users here :)
I have created a web object in google docs (something like a feedback form) which works very nicely within a LMS. However, it does not work when I publish this course via amazon S3. I will be happy to send you the link for you to test. Owing to our corporate policies, I cannot publicly share the link.

Hi Terra!
Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this. Are you looking at the published content in the environment as the learner would?
If a web object is missing in your published Articulate Storyline course, see this article for reasons and solutions.
