Looking for feedback on how to PUBLISH to the web/web hosting of a Storyline file that is not synced to my personal drive? Is there an Articulate cloud/area similar to publishing an Adobe file that can be published? Who would be listed as the URL host?
Articulate Online is our version of an LMS, but it's a separate subscription from Articulate 360.
You could publish your courses to Articulate 360 Review, and that's a great way to share it with stakeholders and others who need to review your course. Take a look at the steps here.
Hello @Ashley Terwilliger, Thank you for your response.
I have a question re: Publishing to the web. Is there a way to do so without the output file going into Articulate Review? I have published to the web- but my output is still in Review.
I am publishing from a PPT file with the Articulate plug-in. When I input the file into Storyline quite a few of the files are getting jacked up with their formatting.
Publishing to Review and Web are two different things and you'll see them noted on the publishing options separately:
It sounds like you're using Presenter and then importing that into Storyline? You'll want to keep the details here in mind, but if you're seeing some odd settings could we take a look at your .story file?
I'll need a copy of your .story file to look into the formatting of your Powerpoint import. That's the file prior to publishing.
It does look like you're publishing to Web or LMS with that publish successful screen - but if you need to remove a previous publish to Review, here's how.

If you are wanting to showcase in the challenges, is it ok to publish to the web?
Hi Helena,
You can publish to Web or Articulate Review to share as a part of an ELH challenge.
Once you publish to Web, you'll need to upload to a web server and share the link to your course as a reply in the challenge.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
