Is it possible to use any graphic object that covers WebObject in Articulate Storyline??? I tried to place the simple images JPG or PNG, shapes, buttons over webobject but the WebObject is always on top. Even if I place it on the bottom layer it displays on top of all other content on slide. Does some trigger action help to solve this issue? Any ideas?

This is expected behavior for web objects, Christine offers a good explanation here on why web objects behave as such. There is also some additional documentation here on web objects and how they'll appear in front of player elements.
