I published a course for review in 360 review. The first page my SME saw was this. I do not recall having seen this before, nor having seen any sort of publishing settings that would lead to this start of the course.
Since Google no longer allows videos or audio to autoplay in Chrome 66 and later, learners now see a play button when they launch or resume a course with a video or audio on the first slide. Clicking the play button starts the course and allows the video to play as expected.
