A customer reported an issue today that has me stumped. Apparently they see a strange semi-transparent 'pop-up' on some of their screens. The tutorial was created in SL1 and runs in Moodle. See the highlighted item in the screenshot below. Has anyone experienced this before? What is 'Articulate Bridgewater'?
I have never seen this before, Michael, but a quick search indicates Articulate Bridgewater is the file description assigned to Articulate.Player.dll in the Articulate > Articulate Storyline folder within the Program Files folder (it possibly could be the assigned description for other Storyline DLL's as well I imagine).
Just a guess but I'm wondering if the customer's virus detection software or other security software on their system is erroneously flagging the DLL every time a call is made to it.
I've never seen that before either - and the "build number" after the version doesn't match anything of Storyline 1 or 2. Could there be another virus interfering with the course in general? I have heard of users seeing odd pop ups when there was a virus on their system.

Thank you both for the info, I'll pass it on.
