When I publish a course with an audio setting at 128kbps the first screen (which is all video based) will not play completely. The video will consistenly stop at a particular point, but the Storyline timeline will continue. However, if I publish at 56kbps it (the video and screen) will play out fine.
In both cases the course played fine within Storyline prior to publishing.
Sorry to hear you're video is causing issues at a certain setting! Are you publishing to the web, or to an LMS?
I'd like to enlist the help of our support engineers to test that video file and see if we can replicate the publishing issues. Can you upload it here?
Any resolution on this? I am trying to publish a course as a video and getting an error:"Some of the media in this project cannot be included in this video" It uploads the first slide and that's it
A few common causes of that error stems from security software, an incorrect codec, or video compression.
If you don't mind sharing a copy of the .story file, we'll try to track down the culprit affecting your course. You can share it privately through this private link!
